Hey, I am 3/1/1/2 in BE. And when I create animals they are fine. OVer 1,000 HAM and creature level 6-10. So latly I have been giving them to my friends and what not. Then they would equip it, and put it in there datapad, but when they try to call it, it brings up in error message reading something like the HAM is to high for the creature level or the creature level is to low or something. Then it gives them two options change stats or change creature level, after you press one of those two buttons its fine, and you can equip them. But me beign the BE I feel that they shouldnt have to do that. How do I make my animals so they are fine? Any hints?

You pets are just another victim of the pet validity check. This usually happens most at the non-ch pet levels. Your best bet is to stick to a formula that has been proven to work.
One such formula is:
VD, VD, HP, HP, HP (VD=voritor dasher, HP=hurton pup)
Another is:
VD,VD, NS,NS,NS (NS= night spider)

It seems like pet validity checks nerf most when you have one-generation non-CH pets. DNA does matter, as does experimentation. In those VD VD X X X formulae, just put one point ofexperimentation into Physique and Psychology or you'll risk it bumping over to CL11.
