Wanted to get some more advice from you guys. So far I have gotten alot of help from you guys and nancyj. I tried to make a lvl 65 razor cat pet for a client and only managed to churn out a lvl 58 tops pet. I had the agression, physique and mental profile cranked out at max. The only other thing I can think of to do is sample nightsister rancors. Also are we able to sample enraged bull rancors or malkloc plainswalkers? Tried 3 to 4 times on the enraged ones and couldn't get anything.

you cant sample anything over CL75 - Enraged Rancors and Malkloc Plainswalkers, IIRC, are both over CL80 so they're no-go. The biggest rancor you can sample is a Mutant, and you can only sample Young Malkloc Plainswalkers, but both those DNA are very nice to have around. Check www.swgcreatures.com for a complete database of all creatures, their stats and CLs.
Getting anything over CL50 is really an academic exercise. The only real way to do it is to add on more resists in all categories. However, for PvE the only resists you'll ever really need is Kinetic, and to a lesser extent Energy. Someone told me Stormtroopers do Blast type damage, but I've never seen it. With the new patch giving NPCs the ability to arm weapons, you may see some need for Blast (Power Hammer) and Stun (Stun Baton) resists, too (maybe Electricity as well, there's a Pike that has it), but IIRC the weapons NPCs get are random, and almost all melee weapons are going to do Kinetic damage anyway; the chances of running across an NPC with a non-Kinetic weapon are so low that its not worth considering it when crafting pets.
So in short, max your Kin and Ener resists, slap on the AR1 and pile on the damage and health as much as you can, thats the best pet you can make for your CH customer regardless of what the final CL ends up coming out to.

k, client asked me to make him a lvl 65 razor cat. I used the max number of mutant rancor samples I had on me. Then I combined it with some rancor samples. I like my first razor cat came out lvl 52 cause it had nice well rounded stats and knockdown and dizzy strike.

Ive used MH (Merek Harvestor) and MR (Mutant Rancor) to make some nice lvl 66 pets but that's 1 level over what your customers asking for.
In regards to your lvl 52 my approach when creating custom orders it ask the customer what they are looking for in regards to HAM, resists, damage, specials and only the maximum level. If I believe I can meet their requirements I'll accept the order and let them know I will deliver a pet with those types of stats and under the maximum level. I willalmost never accept an order for a creature of a specific level as hitting an exact levelis irrelevant to me as long as the stats they are looking for are there.
I think a misconception with some people thatorder custom pets is that level is a true indicator of how good that pet will be when that really is not true. Based on the stats someone is looking for I have often seen pets of a lower level be equal or betterto a higher level pet, it's just getting people to understand this. At least thats my 2 cents worth.
Good luck
