Thread: Making Bacta Toss & Spray with 0004 BE

i'm completely new to BE - was weaponsmitha and plan to respec so i can support my alt rifleman Comabt medic better.

if i just take 0004 Bio-engineer can i still make all the bacta toss & spray stuff as good as if i have master? looks to me like getting master is more for those who want to do pets and bio clothing?
