Thread: Quick Question for you BE Gurus
I apologize for my utter stupidity in understanding that answer....I have no clue what a BE does beyond the end product...![]()
Does this mean that you can indeed make a Giant Carrion Spat but you cannot control it's growth for mount purposes?
I have the CH level to control a wild full grown Giant. I am just hoping BE can make one so i do not have to search for it then call a MCH in to tame and train it in transfer.
Thanks for th prompt reply..![]()
At this point in time in the game, no we cannot make Giant Carrion Spats. We can only make regular Carrion Spats.

We can't engineer the size of clones. We were told we would be able to change many attributes of our animals but as of today we still have the same clone system we had at the beginning of the game.
he didnt mean a giant "Carrion Spat," he meant a "Giant Carrion Spat."
its a different variation (like dewback / mountain dewback).
They never did intend on fixing anything for BE in this patch. They said awhile ago that it was due for the next monthly patch. I'll with hold any complaints until then. I'm hoping it goes through in time, Good bio pets will be a big thing if everything they have mentioned is implemented. I just wish it was in for the mounts, itwould have been a great draw for us. Maybe we'll be able to make faster than normal mounts with the changes?
We cannot control the size of the thing we make if that is the question.
And also if it is a breed beyond a generic version...well we cant do that either sorry.
So we cannot make gnarled rancors...we can make rancors...
We cannot make giant kaduus, we make kaduus.
And most of our stuff is still not working properly either....but oh well someday it may be fixed.

they never actually said it was due "next patch." kel said all BE changes could be expected "in the next big update" and then told us the clone changes didnt make it in that publish. that was all referring to the publish BEFORE this past one (meaning even if kel said it would be in "next publish" that would mean they were due 2 days ago). i dont know where you got this information. if i missed something please drop a link, but i dont think i did.
