I noticed the same thing, (SOME) creatures that require a private station wont work with the stations built into droids or the public ones, it has to be the ones placed in homes.

This is a recent bug that they better be fixing they worked like a private station before mounts!

Looks like something changed with the last patch and Droids don't do everything they used too. Private Station in your home still work fine.

November 15 Update:

Made droids private crafting stations again.

Okay, I feel better.

The option to make them doesn't even show up. I use a +14eff Food and Chem crafting tool and a public Food and Chem crafting station.

Is this a bug that will fix itself overnight? Or am I doing something wrong? Even though I'm a "Breeder", I can only choose creatures that I earned at Clone Engineering III or below.

Aside from this problem, Bio-Engineer is more fun than throwing water balloons at a guy who's drowning.

Those most likely require a Private crafting station.

Try private stations, like in a house or on a droid.

I just tried it with a droid, since there are no stations on the bazaar. It didn't work.

Most crafting classes can not make "Class IV" schematics at public stations. If have tried using a crafting station in a house or a droid then you must have some bug However i would try it a crating station in someones house to make sure.
