Made a red kaduu with the following stats:

9976 Health, 5991 Action, 3963 Mind

AR 1, 48% kinetic resistance

22% heat ersistance, vulnerable to everything else.

230 damage, stun/intimidate

and its CL 22!!!

I usedmerek harvester/rancor/bark mite burrower dna and kept sampling and refining the resulting clones. We can have 3 of these at cl22 so I think the PvE guys will be happy. And yes I tamed and called it, it works.
