Thread: Pet Trade In Program
The highlights on todays patch says "Pet Trade In Program". I did some more research on this and it appears, that Non-CH with level 15 pets will be able to hand their pet to an NPC and have its level reduced to level 10, so it is usable again.
For those Novice Bio Engineers hoping to make some money after the changes, I am sorry. For the Masters, at least we shouldn't be bombarded with requests for Non-CH pets after the patch (except for people that never read patch messages).
Good or bad thing?
Good thing, let em get crappy level 10 pets, then they have to come to us anyway for good ones.
And ones in the color, resists, specials they want in a level 10.
it will be very interesting to see how these NPCs work. Will they do all per levels of just to lv 10. Say you are a 4/4/0/0 CH and now will be able to only have lv40 pets instead of lv 55 or if you are 3/3/0/0 and can have lv 32 instead of lv45 will the NPCs be able to fix this. And how will a reduced graul stack up against out pets at the same level.
I just hope you can't pick the lv of creatures reduced by the NPC, because then CH will be able to make any lv pets prety much like us, at least in making them lower lv.
My read of this is NOT that you drag your pet to the NPC CH, but rather than you get a device from him/her and drag it onto the datapad over the pet control device there. I've read in other places that it's HAM and resistances are lowered some when you do this.
