Ok something weird is happening when i try to sample.

I'll hit the sample button in my toolbar and i'll start sampling in whatever area i've surveyed has a high concentration. The problem is, when my bar gets to about 3/4 depleted, my character stands up and it says you can survey again in 30 seconds?

I don't understand, i had enough HAM left for more surveying, but it stands me up anyways....is this a bug?

Also i tried to do a macro and had each line read /sample;/pause 350;/sit;/pause 120;/stand

Exactly like that repeated several times so i could survey while afk, but when i hit the button to macro, i'd survey till about half of my bar was gone and then i'd sit down, and only like 2 minutes had gone by even though i set it to 350, i then changed it to 850 just to see if that was the problem, but the next time i got to half bar, sure enough i sat down again.

Am i doing something wrong?

During the the test period onTC, I was unable to sample pre patch clones and would get the same results you are seeing now. I could however sample the clones I made post patch.

when i try sampling from my inventory, it says i begin taking a sample, but it never finishes. anyone else have this problem?

I get the same thing from creatures in my house. I dont' know if it's because these are pre-patch creatures or they just dont' want us takign samples from our creations anymore.

I've had this happen to me before... Logging all the way out to desktop (not server select) and back in fixed it. Hopefully this will work for you.

Had the same problem. Didn't even get a fail message.

i went to server select and back in and natch and logged completely out and back in and still natch. its very annoying. my be padawan is having the problem with live creatures, too.
