not really I wouldn't think. Master Scout would really be necessary just for all the information you get. Ranger helps especially tracking for the further info and the ability to find things but really if you just get in on your speeder and go searching you'll find it quicker than searching. Now when area find or whatever it is that actually creates a waypoint to a specific creature comes out, then tracking may be necessary.
