I would have to agree, this is most likely going to be invalid. I made one that waqs Level 23, 43% resists, 9k HAM, with 2 specials and it was invalid. Now that doesn't mean that it was caught up in whatever the problem is with the fix. But then again, the fix of the fix is almost a week in the making so who knows what problems are with what...

To be completely strait forward with everyone, I would not purchase ANY BE pets until I was sure that the new fix was in and working because we (The BEs)simply have no clue what is going to be invalid and what isn't. For all we know the fix has nothing to do with CL.

While I agree with the other BE's here that this probably an uber pet and invalid, we don't know. I'd recommend against buying it until the whole mess has been cleaned up (By this I mean the CL for stat mess). If its valid the BE should be able to make another one at that point. However there are a couple of possibilities. One is that it is valid and will remain so. Two is that it is valid but won't be after the next leveling. Three is that it is invalid.

I won't give an opinion till i see the devs come out with solid rules that the class follows.

Yup it certainly is possable to make a pet just like the one you listed and not using any kind of tainted dna. Are the devs going to rule it invalid, likely but who knows.

last night i went to buy a pet,the BE showed me a cl 25 with 10k HAM,resists up into the 50's,attack of 310-360 and 2 specials 1 being a knockdown.i thought this wats too uber at that level yet he argued that this was not using bugged DNA that he was just really good.so would you consider this a bugged DNA pet?

I would say yes it is most likely invalid. The pet I have with close to 10k ham, 380 attack and 60% Energy, Kinetic and 30% for rest turned out to be Level 30. I'm willing to wager that if that pet is anything like my Friends Gurrcat it will be invalid.

I'd say stick with the good ole GSP or another wild tank until all of this is hammered out. Most of my pets with high resists and in the cl 25 range have about 6k of health just to give you a bearing.
