Thread: Newbie BE needing help from experts
I'm trying to work out what all these stats do when you experiment on them for the final build. I've managed to narrow down somethings but I've no idea really how they each effect the HAM of the final creature I wonder if some experts could give me some help, I've looked at other threads but it gets confusing when you realize you're reading an old thread thats prepatch or something ![]()
aggression
- fierceness
- power
mental
- intellect
- cleverness
physique
- hardiness (resists)
- fortitude (light armor at 500)
prowess (special attack 1)
- dexterity
- endurance
psyclogical profile
- dependability
- courage
physique is the health/armor/resists modifyer as far as I can tell (hardiness is a measure of the maximum health , resists seem to be weirdly calculated you can increase hardiness bu not see changes in kinetic. unless it just isn't updated till you hit done expermenting.) Fortitude is the armor mod. if you hit fortitude 500 you get light amor on the pet, sometimes this dropps certain/random resists to 0. think creature DNA used is involved
prowess affects action but not sure on other actions
Mental affects mind not sure on other effects
psych is mysterious
agress is related to the attack damage of the pet (power)
- fierceness
How fast something attacks (not sure why a higher value lowers attack speed I can understand why it would lower attack percentage
- power
How strong an attack is
mental
- intellect
Mind pool
- cleverness
How fast the mind pool comes back and also the failure rate for training
physique (both of these raised to over 500 usually yields Light Armor
- hardiness (resists)
Genral Health rating
- fortitude (light armor at 500)
Genral toughness determines how fast the Health comes back
and the damage they take
prowess (special attack 1)
- dexterity
Detrmines action pool and attack percentage
- endurance
Dtermines regenratuion of action pool
psyclogical profile (some belive this might also control the CL a bit....no conclusive evidence though)
- dependability
Determines how fast your creature responds to commands
and also determines how well it hits(would make sense if this one lowered speed to give more of a hit chance.
- courage
Determines if your creature runs away alot
Perhaps some of the things that cause the speed decreases are due to the fact when we experiment we raise two separate stats at the same time, which may partially conflict with other stats.

Don't get discouraged if your pets are crap in the beginning. Much of what comes out in the end is based on the DNA Quality as you xp. Also from what I understand all vulnerabilites in any of the DNA Samples will transfer to the creature most likely.
I'm Master BE I just consider myself a newbie because I don't get a lot of it
