1. First, what is the highest creature level a master BE can sample from? I thought it was 65 but I see post where people are sampling from Mutant Rancors and they are level 75, right?

2. Second, does the quality and type of materials usedwhen making a creature matter?

My understanding:

1) 75 is our level limit as far as sampling goes.

2) quality of resources does not seem to effect the outcome of the pet other than possible fail rates.

This is what I have gleaned from searching these boards and through personal experience. I do not have hard evidence to back any of it up other than my own personal experience.
