Hi,
Can anyone explain to me what a bio eng does at a terminal when trying to destroy an enemy base?
I know you have to provide a dna sequence, is this one letter or a chain?

well I wasnt going to post cause your an imp.. but your on the chilly server so it wont effect me non..

heres what you do:

First off (table 1-1): A=T, T=A, C=G, G=C

When you first hack the override terminal you'll get something htat looks like this:

DNA Sequence Processing...
Complete the missing Pairs: AT, T, CG, GC
Matched Pairs: 0
Sample Chain: ATTGC
C
A
T
GC
AT
G
.. and so on for a total of 23 different choices

Now your saying "holy crap I wish I payed more attention in Biology.."

So heres what to do:
1) Look at the first leter in the sampled chain.. in this example its "A".. table 1-1 A=T.. so you'd want to select any"T" from the list.
2) That should give you at least 1 matched pair, rember you need to get a total of 23 matched pairs for your job to be done.
3) sometimes you wont be able to match any of the pair.. when this happens just pick any of them, then wait till you can match another one from the sampled chain to the list of matches.
