This annoying anyone else? After a server restart everything's okay. Give it a day and the planets are empty. The past 3 days I've been trying to get MR samples and nothing, I mean nothing, is spawning. Laps and laps around the sarlacc and I may as well be hunting at Wal-mart.

Happening on Kettemoor as well. Not totally empty, but close enough.

Same with Naritus. The jedi grinders are upset they spend good money on a full set of buffs and find nothing to beat on in the field.
One player actually asked to have his subscription payment re-embursed to him for the time wasted playing a spawnless game, like that's ever gonna happen....
A master ranger posted a work around. He takes a mission in the general direction he wants to hunt. The mission seems to trigger wild spawns. I don't know if that would work on Dathomir but it is worth investigating. Of course the best action is to fix the spawn generator but hey, who am I kidding?

Yes, I've noticed it and yes, it's a pain. I go to the rancor cave when I need MR and can't find any.

same thing confirmed on Lowca....this is definitely a bad deal for the BE's post-patch.

Yep, Bria has been really really bad in this department as well.

Yes Ahazi has been bad. Naboo was almost void of any spawns.

Same thing on Corbantis.
I drove around Endor last night and in 3 hours I couldn't find a single MDH spawn in any of the usual places, and I have the benefit of areatrack too. The spawns of creatures that were there were all clustered close to the outpost and once I got a couple thousand meters away there were ABSOLUTELY NOCREATURES for several thousand meters in multiple directions. I only saw a few ewoks around a POI spot, but other than that all the creatures were clustered near the smuggler outpost (I didn't go to the other outpost at all).
I can understand the spawns thinning out a little as you get away from the more heavily trafficked areas, but having spawns completely absent for large regions of the map is ridiculous.

From what I've heard, the problem is a planet can only have so many active wild spawns. Once a certain number of wild spawns have been instantiated, no more spawn till those are cleared. Static and mission spawns are unaffected. Kelderek's post illustrates this - there are creatures immediately surrounding the popular starports then there's nothing. There are plenty of creatures between the Dathomir Science Outpost and the Village, but none in Rancor Valley.

So it wasn't just me .... I was trying to show a friend the game and it was a bit frustrating that there were no spawns a little way out from the cities on Naboo.

Oddly enough, Dantooine seems immune. I'd guess it's more likely the fact that people are often roaming all around Dantooine. This would keep each (most) server(s) on the planet active and generating spawns. I notrmally have to go pretty far out to not see wild lairs on dant.
