I saw this shirt on a vendor once. Is it a common item? How many sockets can it be made to have open?

Dev's: Can we get the SEA mods that do not work replaced with mods that do? Also, while you're at it, make sure to update the loot table by deleting mods for SEA's that are no longer applicable. Thanks.

Yea. These are fairly common and can be made by a BE/tailor and can have 1-4 sockets.

Well sockets are a tailor's business, we just craft the components from them but as an-ex tailor I can tell you that they can be crafted with up to 4 sockets and if you want one, you should talk to your local tailor or try looking on the global vendor list in game and see if you can see a BE enhanced clothing vendor near you.
