I looted a Bio-Suppression efficiency +5 AA and have never heard of it before.

What does it do?

Im not a bio-engineer or anything, just thought this might be another logical place to ask about this

Yup.

Bio Suppression = debuffs
Chemical Warfare = poison / disease
