The DR on this is low, which will affect the power. Since meats don't have UT, they have no effect on charges. The Fiberplast should have high OQ and UT to get a decent power and charges.
Someone that has done a lot of med crafting like Eskie can answer your questions with a lot more detail.
Um - aCRDMs don't care about DR. The experimentation formula for power is 66%OQ 33%PE. The given dant herb is actually pretty good, but the PE is a little low (caps at 700). I would buy this (or rather ask my hunters to gather it) for about 5cpu. Pre-CU, I would have offered 30cpu for it, but the harvest rates are pretty good (and there are lots of hunters on Dant).
The newly publicized crafting change that should be taking resource caps into account is NOT working for aCRDMS (verified it myself yesterday), so the evaluation formula I use is still OQ + (PE/2) must be > 1000 for me to pay premium prices for herb meat. This one comes in at 1060, so it certainly qualifies.
The herb meat accounts for 1/2 of the experimented power in your aCRDM. The other question is how good is your Class4 Liquid Petrochemical Fuel? If it is roughly the same OQ/PE as the Iepame, you should be able to get it to the upper 50s in power (just a rough guess since I haven't done the math).
PE for herbivore is capped at 700. You can find herb with OQ + PE/2 around 1200 fairly regularly, but if you don't have anything better than this, then I would get it. You have to start somewhere with your product baseline. This seems like a decent place to start. Being on Dantooine, you should be able to buy up a ton of it for 5-10cpu and then become very picky on your next herbivore purchase since you could always fall back on this.
One thing comes to mind. If you wait for the best resources to spawn, the whole game may change while you wait. Make things the best you can right now and continuously try to improve your products. Your products will continuously improve in quality and your customers will appreciate it.
