Hey Bio's!

I just respecced from doctor to bio engineer. As I was a dedicated doctor crafter pre-CU I thought I would change over now that BE's make all the cool stuff . Since I have aquired an alt with which I can pretty much do what I want, I also respeced into Chef. Something I have never done before. Learning all the recepies is gonna take me a while but you have to start somewhere.

One thing eludes me is the light, medium and heavy additives. I am told that BE's make those, but I can't seem to figure out exactly what it is that I need to make. I read the FAQ stickies and couldn't find it. It is made with a food and chemical crafting tool, right? I just cant find the schematics for it.

Could anyone tell me? Or even better, tell me in which of the stickies this is described as I have been unabel to locate it myself. Thanks in advance for any help you can lend me.

Are you standing next to a private food/chem crafting station (droid)? Also, look under tissues, that's where they fall on the food/chem tool.

BE's don't really MAKE the additives. Chefs make the additives using components that BE's make (and a bit of water).

So you are looking in your BE recipe list for the green coffee pots - those are the BE additives. Make them and hand them to your chef who will make them into a food additive that can be used in 'cooking'.

Hope that helps,
Dor

PS. welcome to BE

PPS .. for your next question ... creature food IS any part of a creature than can be 'eaten' - so milk, eggs, meat but not hide or bones.

A restaurant customer sits at a table and calls over the waiter.

"Waiter!"

The waiter rushes over

"what seems to be the problem, Sir"

"well, try and taste this soup for me please"

"Is it too cold, Sir?"

" just taste it, ok"

"Is it too hot perhaps? Too spicy? Too salty? Tell me, whats wrong with it?"

"Just taste the freakin' soup ok buddy!"

"Ok...errr, where's the spoon?"

" Ahaaaaaah.."

It's an old joke, but I thought it fit the situation nicely . Thanks for the help Iboud1. That's propably what the problem is.
