BioEngineer doesn't make the BE Clothes. Tailor make the clothes. BE's make the tissues that go into the clothes. But to answer your question, there are some tailor tissues in the master box, so if you want to have all the tissues available... yup!

Some of the tissues most in demand are in the Master box, like the Tensile Resistance.
