wondered if this was the case, respec'd to 0400 be and only had 6exp, was told master had 10.

Experimentation is in the 0004 Tree, not 0400. You will have ten points at 0004, same as MBE which offers no additional experimentation.

I noticed it listed medical exp, but didnt show any be exp as a gain from any of those 4 boxes.

Medical experimentation is the BE's experimentationmod now. Bio-Engineer Experimentation was removed from the game.

Yes, that means you can wear one of the Doc's 12 pt suits to get 2 extra Exp points now.
