Thread: Chef asking about BE enhancements
Hello, I was thinking of getting some bio components for specialized, higher price crates of food for my high end market, however I wanted to know a rough average of how much your components raise the stats. I know what they do (good FAQs by the way), but I would like to know some numbers, perhaps someone experimented with them. I am only interested in the high end tissues (no milk, at least not until milk is harvestable).
Thanks for any help you can offer.
there are 2 that are good, one being bio nutrients and the other very siilar but requires seafood if i remember corectly. Bio nutrients raise the duration of the buff. did some testing with a master chef and a bio nutrient with 36% to duration gave another 200secs on a average result.
I've actually been exploring this myself. I'm a master chef and I'm taking up BE to get this little advantage in my food. From what I've been reading (if I understand this correctly), the bonus to food is granted before experimentation. So you're still limited by the other components as to what the maxium amount you're experimenting up to, but it keeps you from needing to spend as many experimentation points in areas like duration for example. So this is not going to increase the current values and the max values of your creation; this just increases the current values so you don't have to experiment on the item as much. Those extra points can go to the nutritional value or the stack size or something you wouldn't normally be able to experiment on for extra profits. I think that if done correctly, you could end up with a maxed buff and spend the extra points you normally spend on duration to the quantity.
Then again, maybe I'm completely misunderstanding things.
Generally, if you're using the micronutrients to increase the time of the buff...since we're dealing wtih percentages, the higher the starting number...the more you'll notice the other effects.
I'd love to see some real life numbers too though!
