Thread: Old Med Use tissues do they still work?

I have a +7 med use pants and the bonus shows up in the skill window... does it still work? I haven't tried any higher level meds yet. Just wondering as I heard they didn't work anymore.

I think the better question is "did they ever work?". answer: no
