Hello veteran BE's, can you tell me if the quality of Milk used to make Taming clothes effects the stats of the tissues made? say some milk was quality 200 would it have the same tissue product as soemthing with quality 900?

Higher Quality will create a better enhancement however the Enhancement does top out with a maximum bonus.

So the answer to your question is: The 200 will not be as good as a 900
