Hiya ... I'm just getting into 'commercial' BE tissues, and wanted to know what you guys think about pricing a +54 MSN at less than a +55 MSN and if so how much less?

Also should I price them a bit lower due to the fact I don't have a complete run of 1000 but only about 600 (ran out of meat).

Thanks for any opinions!

My buyer will not accept 54 Micro Nutrient Supplements. Of course, he is a high-volume chef and will not accept partial runs either.

My guess is that you will likely find a buyer if you post an auction on your galaxy trade forum. Start the bidding at 1/2 your normal price per crate (or even just above your break-even point) and you will see if there is a market for it...

while on Flurry, don't visit Ojes Yobe's Liquidation Vendors just 800M from Theed starport on Naboo (neg5219 3419) - cause they ain't there anymore! They are now exclusively located in Mos Athens Mall

I've never had very much luck with auctions unless the tissues were very high quality and more than one full run. Chefs can be pretty picky.

Thank you all very much for your replies. I need to take another look at my resources and try and push these MSN's above 54. With 11 points and everything on the 'high end of green' when i loaded my resources, i was disappointed that what looked like a decent MSN to me turns out to be not so good.

My chef friend who is just getting into the business is going to take them. I really really don't know how to price things anymore (not that I ever did). I hunt my own meat. While I can easily harvest about say 10K of meat per hour (this is NOT with my BE character - but with my level 80 combat one), nobody seems to be updating swgcraft anymore so i am always plagued that I am missing out on the best hunting resources. To be fair, for our server, one of the key people updating swgcraft's animal resourceswas me and last week, I just got fed up having all my play time spent finding resources so that other people could profit.

So I am still looking for better deals on meat but I'm afraid of paying pre-CU prices for meat when I expect the prices of tissues to fall. I still see meat listed on vendors at very high prices - but it isn't as good as the stuff I used to make the +54s and it isn't anything I want to buy. I paid 10 cpu for tolium gas the other day.

So hard to figure out what our little game economy is going to do. Wonder if any of the devs are doing a PhD in economics based on our micro-world of SWG. Really wonder if lots of people are doing their graduate work on mmorpg communities. I'm digressing and it's late (sorry).

I doubt anyone has a clue on pricing anymore. Considering the shakeup in the desirability of food, how easy it is to dabble into BE, particularly for MNS and BNS, and how the market for creature organics has crashed (in many cases now I see creature organics selling for less than machine harvestables and I've even seen people accept hunting contracts for under 5cpu), this is a really really screwy time to be figuring out what something is worth.
