Currently I am a 2121 BE and need some advice what how I should go now.. should I go up one tree completely? or Get Tissue or Experimentation first?

I am still unclear on how damage mitigation works. Would it be better to get Mitigation 2 or the new AOE first?

mitigation reduces the maximum damage an opponent can do to you. it does not affect the minimum damage, however. i think mitigation 2 is 40%. so a weapon that's 20-100 (40 average damage) would be 20-68. but my formula may be flawed, so don't take that as gospel.

but that gives you a rough idea, anyway. the first area attack is handy. i would probably go for footwork first, then the mitigation (technique tree, i believe) since you'll be fast, and have your bleeds. when i get in a crowd, i turn on CoB, double bleed each tusken or piket or whatever, then use autoattack and stims until they're dead. i refrain from using specials so that i can heal without getting dangerously low on mind.

Mititgation 1 is 20% reduction of the damage spread listed on the weapon.

Mitigation 2 is 40% and M3 is 60%.

Example:

Weapon lists damage as 100-300. This has a damage spread of (max-min=) 200 points.

M1 would give this weapon a (200 x (100%-20%)) = 160 point damage spread.

M2 would give this weapon a (200 x (100%-40%)) = 120 point damage spread.

M3 would give this weapon a (200 x (100%-60%)) = 80 point damage spread.

The resulting damagewould then be (OriginalMin) to (OriginalMin+ModifiedSpread):

M1 would make it (100) to (100+160); or 100-260

M2 would make it (100) to (100+120); or 100-220

M3 would make it (100) to (100+80); or 100-180

it has been a while seens i have been on raf. could you explane where you get these skills? if i am master allready do i have them,or do i need to spend more points on them. any info anyone could give me would be greatly appreated
