I just lost a full run ofMSN 57tissues.
I just came back to the game as a crafter on Bria. I respeced to MBE and invested everything I had in resources to make thesechef tissues.
I delivered two full runs yesterday and one is now not on customers vendor. I checked my factories, house, bank and inventory. No one is admined to any of my facilities nor has access to my account. This has to be a rollback issue. (Bria server has been up and down for about a week).
My question is: Has anyone ever lost a full run (of anything) to a rollback and had a csr recover the items/refund their worth?
If I was more established, I could absorb the loss...but as a relative noob with nearly everything invested in what was lost, it will effectively shut my doors before I barely got started.
Any similar experiences? Any suggestions?
Thanks for any assistance,
Oslir

Yes, I've lost things in snafus like this, no I've never had a CSR replace crafted items. I think in general they don't do that.
What CSR's *have* done for me though is replace raw materials. I think that is your best bet. Tell them what happened, tell that what raw materials you used (if you no longer have their names come up with something close) and I think you have a real good chance of getting them replaced. All you'll lose out on, is the 2 days or so of factory run-time if they do that for you.
good luck

Thank you very much for your help. They had responded to my ticket saying they could not verify I had the items...and then closed it without a chance for response. Is this normal? I believe this was my 2nd ticket filed since I bought the game and was astounded at the fact the burden of proof was on me when the bria server has had mulitple rollbacks this week.
I had filed another ticket but deleted it before it was responded to so I could file a new one requesting the 15k of nice carn meat as you have suggested.
Bria has been brought down/crashed nearly every day (sometimes multiple times) this week. I just can't believe they can beso unhelpful when it's obvious they are having issues keeping our server stable.
Anyway, thank you for taking the time to reply and provide this information. I hope they are consistant in their reply to me.

Update!
CSR-Houston quickly found them and returned the entire run to my inventory!!
Needless to say,I am quite pleased with the customer service I received.
Thanks for your suggestion...I don't understand how it made the difference but I'm not going to question it.
And thank you CSR-Houston!

So where were they? Anxious minds need to know...

No idea where the "were".
I had to deliver them twice to a customers vendor because of rollbacks. Last I saw them before they disappeared, they were offered to her vendor...then they disappeared from the vendor after another rollback. CSR said he could see where I "sold" them toher vendor and said he added them back to my inventory. I had to wait until the server reset for them to show...but they were in my inventory the next day just as he said they would be.
There may be a lot of posts to the negative about customer service on these boards at times...but the few times I've needed a csr...I've always beencompletely satisfiedwith the response...although I did have to file a second ticket to get this resolved.
I'm *guessing* that somewhere in moving the tissues from my inventory to the vendor in between rollbacks, they missed a server save and just no longer existed in the current game world. Again, I'mguessing the game world and vendors have different saving systems or time that everything in themis saved...and my tissues weren't saved in either before the rollback. He probably had to go back and verify in a previous save that they actually existed.
I really don't know....but just wanted to share my positive experience with them, as most will just post when they don't get their issue "resolved".
