Hello Cats and Kittens!! I have desided to augment my Chef alt with Master Bio-Eng. Correct me if im wrong but I need Medical EXP. tapes to to get the 12pt right?

You won't need 12 points if you're just making tissues for your chef. You'll max out even VHQ resources with 8 or 9 points.
