This new lvl 80 deal makes me very happy and very sad at the same time. happy because it will mean more money for my char making pets above lvl 70 but sad for all the deaths that i will face because BE is not an elite so I'm only cl 58 and now i have to go poke even bigger and meaner creatures please please make BE a proffesion that adds to combat lvl.

You don't know the meaning of death...

The thing is ... nobody says that the sampling level of BE's is going up do they? Want to make a level 80? put more points into aggression in a 9K health pet. But what happens when that pet goes over 499 damage.

HAS this been TESTED??? There might be a limit on the upper level of usable pet that a BE can make for those very reasons.

Take a game generated elite animal. If a BE made it, the DL of the animal would be a LOT higher than that which is listed ...

Yes, I'm a bit excited but ... worried as well.

What's the health on the CL80s you found? Wonder if my 12-13k health pets will convert. I'm so glad I didn't destroy my Pre-CU deeds. Got around 100 of them.

I care. Though I agree with Dor. I'll be surprised if BE pet making was taken into account and/or our sampling cap raised.

I have a nice CL80 Graul I made when the CU hit that I thankfully didn't destroy. He's guarding a house atm, gonna have to check on his stats.

The only problem with test all this is that, well No CH has the ability to tame above CL70 yet, therefore I cannot try and see what can and cannot be called with a BE pet. But, to your point about having to go after meaner creatures, thats not true at all, I was messing around with the "stable cl70" formula in another thread here and had no problem making CL108's lol so I wouldnt sweat that part. The Lava Flea Queen was a CL65 and my MBE/MRanger on beta semed to do ok at sampling on Mustafar and on Kash. Hotkey burst run,or have a bike nearby and it's all good. If I can convince the Dev's to give us the ability to tame above 70 on the frogs before beta is over, then I will try a few things out. They are also worthless if there are no CH's to sell them too...CH is not exactly a popular proffession. If you combine CH with BE you will not be able to use cl80 pets.

Are you saying a master CH must have a CL of 80 in order to handle a CL80 pet?

Do CL80 BE pets get additional training slots?

How long does someone have to grind a CL80 animal in order to open slots?

A number of master CH's are not CL80.

So, can a master CH that is not CL80 call two CL40 pets?
