i am quite sure the player didn't even see the animal until i pointed it out.

i know this is an old story by this point, but it never ceases to strike me with each non-CH pet i am asked to make.

I had much the same reaction from a customer I made a razor cat for. I had to tame it, train it, level it alongside him, then store it and recall so he could see it grown. All taking a long time. His reaction was "Is that it?"

He then asked if there were bigger razor cats, and when I told him only in the wild for his non-ch level, he wanted a wild one.

It has been said before and will probably be said again, but it would be great if we had a slide control on the pets which could adjust their size up to wild size if below the wild CL and graded larger sizes for those above the wild CL. Then the customer could have a choice.

Mine was a Lvl 10 Bol and the guy freaked out on me. Demanding his money back after I had warned him in /tells that the size might be an issue. I'm pretty new to making pets, have been concentrating on meds and tissues. Do these pets grow?

As I am a BE/CH I can do all the levelling of xp and growing for the customer (not that I enjoy it - it is very time consuming!) but nothing a BE or CH can do will make most of the level 10s any bigger than SOE has decided they will be with the new cl = size system. This means that it isnt worth making banthas or cu pa or kaadu. Most of the beautiful cats remain kittens and the owners end up walking on them one day in the heat of battle and have to scrape them off a boot.

On a good note - there is nothing funnier than a little dot that can hardly be seen running up to a rancor and laying a state on it. KD - thud.

Gosh ... yes ... but BE bols never grow to a mountable size. To get a pet to grow now ... they have to get pet XP. They can only get pet XP if a creature handler works with them for like a few hours for a level 10 (to get to full-size). It's not a small thing to ask someone.

Yeah that is nice, I have a MCH/Pike alt that I was using the other day in PVP. I have a level 43 Narglatch and a level 23 Huurton Pup(wild). I would send in the narglatch and then the huurton a second later, The dude was freakin cause he never saw the huurton pup since he is still a baby and so small anyways. He thought I was hitting him every second and sometimes twice a second. He got a CSR involved, said I was exploiting but then when the CSR came in game I showed him my pup and sent him a copy of my combat log and everything was peachy. I'm not a big fan of the CL=size but there are some advantages to it if used properly.
