hi, i have no CH skills, although i am 2/0/4/4 bounty hunter. what's the best pet tank i can buy from one of you guys?

so let's narrow it down a bit. what are some really good non-CH bio-engineered pets? what are the ones that are being debated?

well it would seem the any CL 10 with 3k HAM would be a safe bet...But that's not a tank.
