It's been my experience that you wont get a response.
It seems that BE's can make whatever they want, put it on a vendor, and it will sell.
So they don'tbother with very specific "custom" orders, because they don't have too.

The reason you are prolly not finding many responses is the time required for such a critter.
As one of the only ways to make a high end pet is to get that precious Mutant Rancor DNA /shiver. That job alone may net you the ability to attempt one or two in a 8 hour play session (if you wanna call that playing). Most of us feel that the high end pet, although impressive looking, is much weaker than the standard 2 pack critter duo that can be made much better.
If you wanna look at it this way one CL 60plus critter at 13k Ham and comensurate damage to two CL 35 critters at 10K Ham and a wee bit over on total damage as well.
I normally only make one or two "Big pets" every couple weeks, but have around 100 of the standard 10k ham 60 Kin or 60 Energy resist pets stocked on my vendor as, at least "I", feel they are far superior.
Hope this helps you see why they are hard to find, if you offer enough I am sure someone will spend the day trying to make that high end pet for ya
