My view on the level 9 pet is it is almost border line invalid. I think also since you have not listed damage that it is so low that Disease and Poison serve no purpose. You wouldn't want me to price it though because I do not charge as much as most CHfrom whatI've seen. You would be wise to warn the buyer that the pet could be invalid or a higher level later in the next publish. We're not certain as of yet what the exact maximum stats are or will be for non CH. For all we know this next weekend they could do a fast hot fix forcing pets with certain stats to higher levels.
