I did a PvE - specialized CL 35 for a friend of one of my best customers, and after trying a number of times, came up with a very strong one. I think it is among the best I have made to date at that level.

Dinah's CL 35 Gurreck

Health: 11121

Action: 9994

Mind: 8864

Light Armor

60% Kinetic resist

Vulnerabilities to most, except a minimal resist to Stun and Blast at 40%

340-350 Damage

.35 to hit, 2.25 speed

Dizzy Strike for a special attack

I did not grab a screenie of the critter unfortunately, the person I was making it for happened to be right nearby and I gave it to her almost as soon as it came out of the crafting tool.

Speed is a little slow, a trade-off for the damage being a bit more than I often get at this level, and the HAM seemed to balance out pretty well. Armor and Kinetic were on target, and the CL is her maximum, so it looks to be a good fit for her.

Recipe was MH, MH, MH, Woolamander Gatherer , MH, with slots 1,2 and 5 selected for high hardiness, 730 or so average for that stat. This was a first gen clone, experimented to max hardiness (2 points)and about 4 points in agression. I was pleasantly surprised at the results, I had been coming out a bit short of the target level by only experimenting to armor, and used the additional point in Physique and the bumps in aggression to work on the CL, which paid off nicely.

What were the qualities of each slot?

To be honest, I have found that relying on the quality of samples is inconsistant at best; I look at the individual stats in each sample for where it will best fit my needs, so while I am a master BE and most of these would range from high to very high, it is not what I selected on, but rather the actual hardiness value in each DNA sample I used in the slots with the most effect on Health in the template.

Thinking about that response, maybe I should clarify. In my experience, while higher quality samples MAY give more room in the template for experimenting, I rarely max the range in most stats on mid-level pets to begin with, so I find that 3 AA samples that have 750 or better for Hardiness will result in a higher health than 3 VHQ samples which have 630-640 health. That may seem an extreme example, but if you are working with Merek Harvester DNA, you will find that to be a very common difference between samples, and the results of the combine prove out. I actually seperate out MH DNA that I collect as to whether or not it is above 700 hardiness, and use that DNA for the high-health creatures.

Nice work

I would have eased a little off the health (11k), dropped it to 10k and gave it a better attack speed.

Although everthing else looks good
