Thread: Non BEs question regarding additive pricing. Please help =)
well i dunno about your server prices, but i know medium nutrients usually go for 25k-45k a crate, heavies for 35k-55k a crate
nutrients are pretty much the only kind that actually sell though lol, so i'm not sure how you would price other additives
The cheapest I've seen B-E tissues for is on my vendor
20-25k for light
25-30k for medium
30-35k for heavy
(higher quality=higher price)
think im one of the cheapest out there at the mo on any server, and generally charge
15k for lights,
20k for mediums
25k for heavies
this is for new contacts only. Regular customers will generally find i reduce the rates on these by up to 30%. Naturally regular customers get priority on factory time and resources.... I still make a really nice profit on these and it means the chefs i supply, in turn are able to furnish me with a wide variety of foodstuffs at a much lower rate. At the end of the day i get paid to collect some of the necessary materials from missions, and i harvest the rest at a near negligble cost.... Ive been operating like this for about 5 months, pretty much non stop, and ive only once had a problem getting resources in to complete an order and so had to resort to buying them myself.
Most people would argue i price gouge, or maybe just laugh at me for being ignorant of chefs prices... I used to be MChef/Mbe so im well aware of the cash chefs make as profits, but to be honest, im an MBE who does it for making superior quality pets, food additives are just a handy sideline that keep my bank balance on the rise while i work on producing the kind of pets that have meant i pretty much supply 3 large guilds on my server with all their pets, as well as getting a lot of private orders for pets from people who have for one reason or another, gotten hold of one of my creations and come to appreciate the effort i put into making every one, be it a lvl 5 jax, or a lvl 70 Kimogila, a fully functional, versatile, death machine.
Just for the record tho, the pricing scales Bracci mentioned on the post above this seem to be pretty much the standard on most servers ive found.
