Would 9 experimentation points be enough to make good BSNs?
I have a jedi, but playing a jedi is not fun. I'm thinking of making my FS character a Force crafting 12pt master chef and going 0-3-0-4 BE to make BSNs.
Thanks in advance.

9 points should be fine. I don't know of anyone who actually uses all experimentation points making BSNs

I look forward to being a master with Force crafting bonuses and a Research Center one.

One small problem, with "only" 4 in the exp tree you will only get 7 exp points to "spend" (75% experimentation) - BE is one of those professions where Master is worth a whole 25% on the experimentation line - and there are no addative items (tapes and the like).
This is the one of the reasons MBE is so much more powerful than a "dabbler".
Good luck, whichever route you choose

7 +2 from force crafting = 9

This is one positive from the jedi force sensitive system, crafting dabblers. Will work fine for the medium additives.
