HMMmmm

Best PvP pet:

A triplet combo with 60% kinetic,as many Vulns as possible, and NO armor. You would want some combo of intimidate, dizzy, and posture down.

Why?

Youwant no armor and Vulns since of the bug that causes any armor piercing weapon, over light, to only do normal damage in unarmored Vuln areas.

To my knowledge there is no kinetic armor piercing weapon over light in the game so it is safe to put that one at 60%. As far as the rest, you are better with a Vuln.

Intimidate causes the player affected to due up to 66% less damage per attack, posture down and dizzy can keep them on the ground if landed in combo.

Best PvE (creature)

Easy one. 60% kinetic, armor, and 11-13k hams. Nuff said

A simple BMB/BMBQ with rancor DNA can make a very deadly pet.. especially if you can get the damn intimidate special to stick (reg rancors special 2).

Best PvE (NPC)

Same as the above only with electricity (FS NPCs).

Energy protections along with other ranged weapons protections are fairly useless to any CH that can program a very simple macro to draw all NPC into melee.

Though I guess you could simply make a BMB clone with decently high energy (50%) and 80% heat, acid, electricity.

So, I guess out of all of these, the only category you could have an objective test in would be the PvE NPC.

Whatever player could keep HAMs in the 10-13k range, to-hit no lower then 30%, attack speed 2.0 or lower with as high Kinetic, energy, heat, acid, and electricity as possiblewould have the best.

I should point out that Scythes are AP Medium and Kinetic damage =(
