Thread: Putting my needles away for a while...

I've been a BE for about 5 months now and frankly I need a break.
I'm going to try just playing the game for a while 
I'm planning to pick up Combat Medic later today and drop my Master Bio-Engineer boxes - that's going to really hurt but I feel a bit burnt out. I've run off a pile of additives and a few schematics and I'll gradually cut back the amount stocked on my vendors until the trade dries up and other Chimaera BEs pick up where I left off.
I have more credits than I know what to do with, and nothing to spend them, on so the incentive to keep making and selling stuff has waned over the last few weeks.
So - Zadokk and I have both hung up our needles, that leaves Lloyd and Zumbee and maybe one or two others to crank out all the tissues. Good luck guys.
I'll hang around the forum. simply because being a BE was the most fun I've had in any game I've played so far...

If I didn't have 2 accounts I'd be burned out on BE too. Its a lot of work that can't be denied.
Hopefully you have fun in your new professions. Please stay around these forums. You may not have the needle anymore, but you know how to use it well. That knowledge can help us all.

Some of us wouldn't know anything about lurking after surrendering BE.

There are, but I refuse to make chef tissues. I've seen too much whining and crying, and pretty please make me a cheap schematic... PFFT. Screw that. I'm staying with pets, pet meds, and house furniture

just 1 alt? lol, it takes 2 alts other than my BE to calm my nervs after "your attempt at experimenting was a critical failure"

OH! and MCM sounds fun in theory (I tried it once), but unless your going to do one of the following I wouldnt go CM:
- craft and sell poisons
- PvP (save yourselfe the stigma and go overt if/when you do)

Yes - it's the crafting part I want to play with more - it's in my blood after 5 months of BE
Also - throwing poisons at things and shooting them will be fun.
If they EVER fix PvP I'll be happy to do it again (I was a PvP BE before the TH announcement about no CB until after JTL)

It's a shame when people leave the fold for being 'burnt out'. Although people decide to move on to greener pastures all the time, it makes you wonder when two of the biggest names on the server decide to leave within such a short gap.
I personally am seriously thinking of not buying anymoremeat and only using up my stockpiles, in the hopesof weatheringthe economic storm.
You will be missed, and when u decide to come back to BE, I mighthave some meat left to sell back

i'm hanging up my needles shortly as well..........
mainly because of my gimped pistoleer status, i want to be effective and useful, so i'm going to dabble a bit in other things
but in the mean time, i will be creating another character who will be a BE/musician (musician looks fun)
i'm so not looking forward to that BE grind again, but what can ya do?
no worries though, i won't be long
