Just wondering what the highest possible Kinetic Resist could be made in a creature with AR1 and nice ham (10-12kish) if it's around lvl 70.

It caps at 60% for kinetic I believe. And 80 for the others I think, though that could be wrong.

60% whether it's CL 5 or 75. We can sample animals with higher kinetic resistance but it wont carry through.
