Hello, I've just created 3 pets, though unfortunatly they turned out level 27-28. I tried to make a pet with good resistances/armor/damage. It has the following stats:
H 10k
A 6k
M 3.5k
Light armor
Kinetic resis: 57%
speed: 1.9
to hit: 0.35
Damage: 420-430
Crippling strikes
Stunning strike
Ranged attack

I guess you already figured the problem is the level. I'm trying to make some triplets, so it's level has to get lower. I'm completely new to generation sampling so, i though i'd ask your advice. I wouldn't mind if ranged attack would drop, though i like the damage.
Any help would be appreciated.

IMO the only way you're gonna get the CL down to the tripet range is to sacrifice a lot of damage

I know i can get it to level 22 when I sacrifice the damage to 350. though then it won't be strong enough (i know i ask the impossible). Guess i'll have to spend more time in my secret laboratory

Ya tone down the damage some , cause what i have done in spots like this was not to goof around with the dmg so much i just use special attacks Strong Poison or Disease with like knockdown or another . If you get like two pets to use with good specials like what im talking about they both can do verry good damage to whatever your fighting then add in what you do .

I just focus alot on the ham , resistances and armor of the pet , then do what i do with the attack's and i come out with a good fighting pet . I get alot of responces from those who picked up my creations one was like a lvl 10 with 8k ham and verry good stat's .

Hello, MCH here....That was a pretty nice looking pet

I would not worry too much about that level.....now just make a couple of low 20s pets with high damage but NO armor. Then you have a tank pet, and 2 damage dealers Trying to get 3 pets with armor, like Nancy said, will be impossible (as far as I know hehe) while keeping the high damage.

If this is a custom order, I suggest finding out what the customer wants to do with triplets. Because they will be low lvl, if they have light armor and good kinetic resists they will be vunerable to energy, and therefore would be best used against creatures and not NPCs (unless they are known to only melee). With that in mind, do they plan on getting into situations where they will have multiple mobs aggroed? Then 3 tanks with low damage but light armor would be best. If they are going to be fighting one mob at a time, you really only need one tank.

The problem I see here though is that in my experience the non-tank pets can get aggro if they are hitting with specials or alot more damage. You need to make sure you tank pet gets in a few specials more then the others, but thats not your problem Just make sure the main tank HAS a special that works on command and you'll have no complaints

I am still working on a set of triplets...so far I have a lvl25 razor cat with 41 resist to kin and energy, but no light armor. He does have over 400 damage and cripple/dizzy specials.

My tank is lvl24 with 60 kin and light armor, but vunerable to energy, stun and intimidate specials

Still looking for the 3rd member, but something with a blind special would round things out nicely lol.

Anyway, thats how I view things as a CH, I wouldn't be looking for 3 identical pets...low lvl pets are going to have weaknesses, and that's fine as long as one pets strengths compensate for the weaknesses of the other two etc Once again, nice pet, and keep at it!

They're not for custom order. I'm a ch myself and wanted to make some very good pets. As I mostly fight multiple targets, I'm in need of 3 armored pets, and with only 1 tree of carbineer i rely heavily on the damage my pets deal. I mostly PvE and try to avoid npc's. The pets against NPC's are still concepts i plan on creating (high kin/energy +light armor lvl 35). That's why i need as high damage as possible on my pets. But i'm getting closer every day
