I am a master creature handler and reside on the bloodfin server and would like to ask you master bio's engies a couple of things - is it possible to make a high level ham torton (the turtle things) with good special attacks and kinetic resist? my second question is trade related I know (expecting a flame post any moment) but I want a bio eng to make me one as a custom order.
Also can you guys do a more updated list of BE vendors the one posted in the main list of topics at the top of the BE forum board is a bit out of date spanning back to 2003 - most vendors not existing anymore at least on the bloodfin vendors. Sorry if this post seems a bit too trade like but i have wrapped up a few questions i wanted to ask you guys into one. Shameless BE bloodfin vendor spamming would also be appreciated

Well, kudos to you for actually reading the vendors list rather than just posting about the need for a BE.
DNA templates have no effect on the skins we put them into. To put this another way, we have a list of creatures we can create, each has a minimum level. We can put whatever we want into the skin. If the DNA we put in is of a lower CL than the skin, then the skin is it's min level.
As far as this applies to you, we can create Tortons of any CL above 20. Theres no reason why you cant have high HAM/Kin with good specials.
