Is there a use for insect meat? If so what price and quality are people looking for?

Also what seems to be the going rate for hide, bone and meat at the moment?

Meat is very useful for medics and doctors. It has an attribute called "potential energy" (or something like that)that directly influences most medical crafting. Not sure the going rates, check out the bazaar.

Yes you can use that for any type of organic material needed for making traps, for example "Stink Bomb", it also can be used to make food, by Chefs. As for price and quality. Take a look as to what is being sold on the bazars and match accordingly. I believe every server is a little different. Remember you cant sell for over 3k on the boards so keep your quanties reasonable.

Just want to know what are the best sources for Insect Meat (in general) and Dathomir Insect Meat?

For dathomir, atm I think its the Gaping Spider Hunter. Just wonder if you know of any creature that gives more meat per critter.

the only sources for dath insect meat that i know of are spiders and mites. the spider queen lairs are thebest source of meat, unless there is another dath insect im unaware of.

as for insect meat in general, there are insects on every planet, its just a matter of hunting down the best OQ insect meat and harvesting the heck out of it.

Yes we do, and I usually look at OQ, PE, and DR, i'll take any of them being over 900, but obviously the OQ first. Hope this helps. Asa side note, on my server Dath insect meat seems to be good right now and fairly easy to get (spiders and mites), i think the oq is over 900 and the pe is over 800, pretty nice stuff.

Nope. You can use Insect meat from any planet.
