What is the lowest CH level you could get on a creature that must have light armor 60% kinetic resist, and at least 9k ham? Would it be possible to get it near level 25? or possibly under?

Pet 2 is amazingly impressive, but I want the recipe for pet 1...or was that just a day you spent trying to see how many times you can resample MH DNA?
