Firstly, Merry Xmas!

Ok, what is the best tank pet (lvl 10?) for a non-ch? And, whatever it is, is there a BE on Kettemoor who can sell it to me?

I've seen 60% kin / 44% blast / 120 dmg / 10K health cl10 before.

Ask on your trade forums for a BE or use the registered list stickied at the top.

well the best stats that CAN be had are around 10k8k6k HAM, 60% kin with stun/intim.....these are dubious, though.

As to the second part, check your trade forums for a BE, the sticky vendor listor just look in-game. If you dont have enough patience and persistance to find a BE without just going 'hey come help me' then no BE will want to help you =D Its kind of like trying to convince a kung fu master to teach you the art
