Thanks. I didnt see the part about specific types not being BE'able. That pretty much answers my question. I currently have a reguar Cupa (that was BE'd), but was looking for a "Wasteland" cupa. They appear to be larger versions, which is whyI wanted one. I dont use pets for attacking, just riding, but liked the large styled one.
Thanks again.

I can see why you might want a cu pa (since they are really a nice-looking mount), and the wasteland cu pa is quite a giant, but if you just want height, you might consider a brackaset. If you feel adventurous, and you really want a wasteland cu pa, you might consider taking up CH, to try to tame one. With the CURB, they just might have a place in SWG again, and the wasteland cu pa do spawn babies on occasion (according to swgcreatures.com).
I hope you didn't think my reference to the FAQ was an implication that you should have read it before posting. I just didn't want you to miss out on one of the best BE references around. Your post was on-topic and a good question. I'm glad I was able to answer it for you.

Graf VonSoden: Have you tried a brackaset? They are huge mounts.

Thanks everyone. You all have been kind to me with good answers. I'm patial to the Cupa mounts, and just thought the larger look was even cooler. Unfortunately, I fear, It was just wishfull thinking. Im Master Doc/TKM and only have enough points to flip flop between novice scout and novice artisan (Depending on which resource I need to gather). If I get tired or bored with one of my professions, I may try CH for that wicked cool cupa
Thanks again everyone

I would like a "Wasteland Cupa", but have no CH. Can a Bio Engineer make a wasteland cupa that is lvl 10 ? And if so, will it be as large as the normal wasteland cupa ? I did seach, but was unable to find the answers to these particular questions.
Thanks

In the BE FAQ above, there is an excellent post by Mirrl that is indexed on the first page about making a pet. It can perhaps answer far more questions than I can, but most specifically, it gives the lowest level available for all the bio-engineered pets.
A cu pa can be bioengineered, but not a specific type of cu pa. The same applies to all BE pets. We can make rancors, but not enraged rancors or mutant rancors or gnarled rancors, etc.
The stats on the pet depend on the creatures whose DNA was used in the pet. The skin (the type of creature in the end) only has limited effect, mainly on creating a minimum level and on the speed at which the pet runs. Cats are popular, because they can run fast, so they don't have to be stored between nearby uses. Another effect of the type of creature is whether it can be made into a mount.
Getting a decent non-CH pet is a different issue. It is difficult to tell what pets would be considered by SOE to be acceptable and what would be considered exploits.
I suspect what you want is just something that looks good. In that case, you might have a decent low-level creature, but not much of an attacker. I think Cu Pa's may be mount-trainable, but I don't remember for sure. That is really a CH issue.
As for what a BE cu pa looks like, a BE on your server might be willing to put together a junk (city-trash) cu pa as a way to look at their appearance.
Remember, while a BE might be able to make a pet for you, it will still require a CH to tame and train it, and the pet will be a baby when it is first tamed.
I hope this answers some of your questions.

It would be lovely if the Ham on pet equaled the size on the pet.... sigh...
