Im getting a lot of interest from tailors lately and I really don't have prices to give them.

I see some folks charging 100 credits per point. (So a +4, +4 would be 800 credits.)
I charge a flat 1k per enhancement for those things I can easily get resources for, and a negotiable fee for the more scarce 'stuff'.
(Enhanced Myoflex for dance/music healing for example, it takes eggs. So I usually ask for the supplies instead. Folks who supply all the resources get their enhancements for a much lower price. )

There's someone on my server charging 1000c per bonus, the laughable thing is that some fools are actually buying from him. LOL

active biosensors: 5k per tissue
tensile resistances/ coagular agents : 3k per tissue

It depends on the server I think. I've seen/read 100 - 1k per point. Myself I do 200 per point unless it deals with eggs. Then it is 300 per point. So far I can't keep a stock of anything in. Don't know if my tissue is priced to low or demand is just that high. Have the same problem with pet stims and vitality packs. I restock my vendor every night before log and come back to a empty or pretty empty vendor. Starting to get alot of interest in mounts already also.
