We haven't gotten any love for a month now so I dunno what you expect to see change here. Also if you notice, the tissues only enhance skills and defence. They don't increase passive skill mods like accuracy, terrain negotiation, harvesting ect... that's mainly because the fiction behind them is to actually have an action. Scent camo removes you scent, visual camoflage has micro-mirrors so you blend into the environment, myoflex is basically a glittering material ect... there is no logical way for a tissue to increase terrain negotiation. Burst run yes, I can see how a tissue might lower the drain on the HAM or allow for you to use it more regularly by relaxing the body with slowly released chemicals.. but nothing like that can be don't for something which simply defines that your a strong climber.

I know this isnt AO, but isnt Cyborg Technology and Increased strength and speed the very esseence of Bio-Engineering?

Who better to make them stronger.. faster.. better climbers than a BE!!!

A tissue thatmaximizes kinetic motion added to clothing or shoes is perfect for a BE.

Nike made billions of dollars of this jump higher, run faster, our shoes have a little thingie in 'em idea.

I dont think this is out of line, hell, maybe even some tissues to help ranged accuracy, or melee toughness...

BIO engineer, meaning we deal with organics. We have no knowledge of technology at all so cybernetics of any kind would need to be a joint venture between droid engineers and bio-engineers. If anything the only type of implants we'd get is organic ones like glands, organs and tissue fibers. There is one oddity though.. tensile resistance says it contains nanites.. something which I would have considered to be droid engineer land.
