I befriended a BE on his way up, so I dropped BE skills to pursue my original career, tailoring. Well the BE up and quit on me so I surrendered some skills and became a Bio-E again.

Well I read something awhile back about +mod cloth not stacking (+3dance + +3dance + 3dance = +9danceheal) but did not read enough about it. Well NOW I see it is a problem and would like to know when we can except it to be fixed?

BTW, I had about 6 dresses with +9/+9 on them that I sold for a very cheap price since I thought I would be making better.

What doesn't stack is when you put multiples in the same slot.

What *DOES* stack is putting them in different slots during construction.

No it doesn't stack even in different slots. Wasn't your shirt done before the patch?

No its not stacking. I made a smock that takes 3 individual synth cloths. I used three cloths with +5 passives. Result was a +5 smock

So no word on when this is going to be "fixed" or is this "working as intended"?

No. In fact, in the notes about the patch, it said that stacking was still broken for like components. Here's the quote:

Note: This stuff is still not working 100%. Components that modify the same enhancement slot will overwrite. You can tell what enhancement slots are being used by looking at the resource attribute effectiveness breakdown in the Tissues Schematic (Mod One, Mod Two, etc) Using a Tissue with no enhancements together with a Tissue with enhancement will no longer cause the final component to lose it’s enhancements.

I can see why a BE would be taking a "vacation" now.
