Thread: Experimentation On Creatures?

When I experiment with creatures (already finished the DNA template and all...) and I use say one experiment point on Prowess then when it works I cannot experiment on Prowess anymore. Is this a bug or is this meant to be so?

If this is fixed, I'm sure I can pull off way better pets then I am now...

Experimentation is a funny animal. The game is not going to give you infinite possibilities to improve. You are going to have to deal with ceilings that were put there by a number of different directions which would include your experimentation ability, your components....

I second LilCappy's request. I'm a craftinig fiend, always end up doing something with crafting in whatever game I play. But I suck at compiling anything more complicated than what ingredients go into what recipe and when I can make it. There is just too much info involved in Clone numbers -- I take one look at all those numbers and my eyes glaze over.

Is there anyone who can explain to those of us who can just grasp Tissues engineering how Clone experimentation works? I'd like to make good pokèmon!

This is not a limitation he's talking about, it's a bug plain and simple. When crafting a creature, when you have 5 "open" experimentation slots in an attribute, and 5 experimentation points to use, you should be able to apply the points all at once, or one by one, just like in any other crafting profession, or even in other schematics within BE. But instead of that, the attribute slots actually "shrink" after your first "run experiment" so that no other experimentation on that attribute is possible which is BS. This is inconsistent with all other experimentation in the game and hopefully they'll fix it.

Here are the 5 slots and which attribute affect each one:

Prowess - Hardiness, Dexturity, Endurance

Physique - Hardiness, Fortitude, Fierceness

Mental Profile - Cleverness, Intellect

Psycological - Dependability, Courage

Aggression - Fierceness, Power

So what does what?

Prowess - Action bar, possible damage

Physique - Health bar, possible speed

Mental Profile - Mind bar

Psycological - ease of training, ability to heed commands

Aggression - possible damage

I hope that helped =)
