Theed, straight out from the starport just past the shuttle port. Look for a partialy fenced area with a few creatures standing around.

One in Coronet on Corellia too. Outside wall of the bank by the starport. Right next to the Creature Handler Traininer.

There is also one in Bestine, Tatooine. Right outside of the cloning center, across the bridge under a tent standing next to an Eopie.
