Bio Engineer Archive

I have tried numerous professions to date, but have yet to find something I want to stick with. BE always sounded nice, but with the changes they implemented it seems like BE's can now do what they were suppose to all along. Clone anything.

What do you all think?

If you are just starting out in the profession, look forward to a long grind up. BUT!!!! Once you get to the top of that mountainous skill tree, the view is AWESOME!!!

People will come out of the woodworks in search of a new Master Bio and you MAY become their new best friend. We can now do just about anything that we want to these creatures. Color, Level, Special attacks, etc... I have considered dropping it on my way up a few times, but am very happy that I stuck it out. This is going to be a great ride (once I figure out how to negotiate the new system more effectively).

It's a grind, to be sure. But grinding this is more fun than anything else I've done.

It's fun. The magic moments when you wipe out a whole lair of high level creatures by DNA sampling is pretty sweet.

This new patch made the profession a lot more fun. I read a lot of posts regarding sampling DNA and how much of a chore that is. Well I'd have to say I look forward to sampling DNA now in the hopes of making that super Franken-critter no one has ever seen before.

I think it's so funny and cool that you can now make a CL 40 Gnort, imagine someones surprise (in PvP) when you sic your Gnort on then and they get hit with 200-400 damage. Yikes thats funny.
